IGNITE Learn To Run Program
Summer is here and it’s time to get out and enjoy the weather!
Have you always wanted to learn to run? Do you watch runners go by and wish you could join them?
Do you want to start but just don’t know how?
We’ve got you covered!
Join Ignite Health’s Learn To Run Program! Led by our very own Ignite Health practitioners, Kinesiologist and Run Coach with StrideWise Running Jordan Collison, and Chiropractor and Run Coach with StrideWise Running Dr. Jane Weber.
Who: This is for the beginner runners with little-to-no experience. Classes are limited to 8 people.
When: Wednesday evenings, from 6-7pm for 8 weeks.
Where: Ignite Health and Lakewood Park.
Start date: June 23rd, 2021.
What is included:
• A take home 8-week plan with 3 outlined runs per week (one group run and two solo runs).
• Weekly educational sessions including injury prevention, strength for runners, nutrition and recovery.
