Unlike group fitness classes, these sessions combine the individual approach to personal training with the social energy of group fitness classes. Each class is limited to the same 4 people to ensure the utmost safety for our members.
What does this include?
3 or 4 sessions per week as well as a customized nutrition plan.
When can I train?
Lock-in your dates and times each week with your friends and trainer. Hold eachother accountable, get results and have fun.
What does this cost?

Every participant in pod training will be put through an assessment to determine level of function and fitness. Our programs allow for people of all skill levels to enjoy classes at their own level and pace.
Yes, however there are opportunities to trial our classes risk free. At Ignite Health it is important that we can track the success and ability of each client. In order to do this, we must assess each person before entering our classes to determine their level of function and fitness. This ensures safety and efficacy in our programs.
