My personal enjoyment of pushing my own limits, paired with my desire to help others realize and reach their potential, led me to the personal training industry. My goal? To share my passion and knowledge to guide individuals towards achieving their own aspirations. Manouela Milkova, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist
Manouela’s desire to become an RMT sprang from seeing her mother deal with chronic pain for years. Her mom suffered from severe arthritis and used several modalities over the years to help with pain management. However, Manouela noticed that her mother was pain free for longer and relaxed only after she had her massage appointments. This inspired her to want to help other people who were suffering from chronic pain conditions through the therapeutic use of massage.
To fulfill this dream, she attended the Canadian College of Health Science and Technology and graduated in 2020. In addition to the training she received while at the college, she also took additional courses to be able to offer more to her clients and add to her skill set. She specializes in deep tissue, trigger point release and cupping massage therapy in addition to therapeutic massage.
With these techniques, she has helped a wide range of clients including athletes, seniors, professionals, and pregnant women She creates treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s needs and goals, and she makes sure that her patients feel heard when they come to see her. Her massage technique is firm but gentle, and patients can expect a massage that will be relaxing and effective.
