How do I know I am ready for the exercises in small group training?

Every participant in small group training will be put through an assessment to determine level of function and fitness. Our programs allow for people of all skill levels to enjoy classes at their own level and pace.

Yes, however there are opportunities to trial our classes risk free. At Ignite Health it is important that we can track the success and ability of each client. In order to do this, we must assess each person before entering our classes to determine their level of function and fitness. This ensures safety and efficacy in our programs.
